I would like to say what a wonderful time it has been to watch the Dodges play again this season. These players are so talented adn fun to watch. Paul Welker and the rest of the Dodgers Board do a terrific job with this team and making it fun for the players as well as the host families and people whocome to watch.
The thing that is very disappointing is the coach (Mr. Fuller) this year. He has sat at several games when the score has not been in their favor and looked as if he were pouting, get up and give your time some support and encouragement. When he took his pitchers off the field and replaced by another pitcher he did not say anything, he went back in the dugout and sat. Then he is arguing and swearing with the officials and getting suspended from three games for this behavior. Let's hope that the players have not decided to follow his example. Then after this last Saturdays home game I stood waiting for my kids and Mr. Fuller came out of the dugout looking for Paul Welker and someone said he was gone, Mr. Fuller then replied that would be the best thing that could happen. Are you kidding me, this is a comment that should be kept to himself and not said in front of sprectators, host familes and players. Lets hope that Mr. Welker and the board consider a new coach for next year, one that appreciates what a great opportunity he has been given and what the board and Mr. WElker have done for him.

Greetings to the Hornell dodgers
Hi this is Chris Cahill. I had the privilege of singing the National Anthem on July 15th 2011, and I have to say that I was so blessed to play for such a great crowd, including the Hornell Dodgers. You guys really creamed the other team and you did a great job. I didn't know what to expect at first because it was my first ever Dodgers game, but I really, thoroughally enjoyed myself.
Thank you for doing me the great honor of singing the National Anthem for all of you and Thank you for playing such a great Game.
HORNELL DODGERS ROCK!
God Bless, Christopher Cahill

It has been almost 10 years since I spent one of the best summers I have ever had playing baseball in Hornell. I am glad that things are still going well. I have been trying to track down Dean and Judy Fisher for some time without success. Does anyone know if they are still in Hornell?

Thank You
We wanted to thank Peggy and Howard Plank for their hospitality. Our son,Tony was made to feel at home the minute he arrived. Tony loved coming home from games to a home cooked meal prepared by Howard. Peggy's hard work with the team made the program run like a well oiled wheel. Peggy works very hard, helping the Hornell Dodgers coaches and staff produce a great program year after year. Tony is a man of few words so when he arrived home saying he really enjoyed his summmer and was glad he stayed with the Planks, that spoke volumes. Thank you to the Planks, the Hornell Dodgers Board of Directors, General Manager and coaches for a wonderful summer for Tony and the entire team.
