I would like to congradulate my former dodger teammates Sauce and Justin Greene for becoming pro ball players. Dodgers of 05 the last Champs of the NYCBL.

Michael Perconte ('05) signed a free agent contract with the Chicago Cubs. He will play for the Boise Hawks of the Northwest League this summer.

Drew Pixley will catch during this season but right now the team has only 10 position players on the roster and needs some flexibility.  Drew is doing a great job for us in RF but will be moved around a little more once we add a player or two.

I've listen to a few games over the internet, and have not heard Drew Pixley behind the plate catching.  Will he catch any for the Hornell Dodgers?  That boy has a canon for an arm.  It was neat to watch him throw runners out, left and right, but awesome to watch him pick players off the bases.  He was by far the best catcher in Southeast Missouri.  Go Pixley, your fans back home are proud of you.

With Paul as GM the Dodgers will be around for years to come.  Good job to Paul and the rest of the Dodger board and good luck dodgers.

Dan tunison is an amazing pitcher, he is doing good up at Le Moyne and i think he is a Major League Caliber player good luck Dan and the rest of the Dodger team
