Whats with Hornell's games not geing aired on POIN
Why are so many of Hornell's games not aired on POINTSTREAK??? For the last week several of the games are suppose to be aired but they are not. One night last week it finally came through but it was in the 4th inning? Is it something to do with AIA's games being played in Rochchester??? I really enjoy the games and the announcers, when I can get them to come through. Is the ALL STAR game going to be played on POINTSTREAK??Thank You..

Great Broadcast
Will Benenson's aunt Kristin, uncle-in-law Jack, cousin Ruby, and Max's cousin Boji, all listened to the game just now against Niagara Power and jumped up and down when Will hit his second home run--A GRAND SLAM in the 8th inning. What suspense!! Paul Welker's info about the live audio made it possible for us in faraway Virginia City to have this experience. Thanks Paul. Also, our compliments to the play-by-play announcer for a great job...!

HELP ...!
I am Will Benenson's uncle (in-law) and want to follow the Dodgers as closely as I can. But I've been frustrated with the Internet access, which is far from user friendly, especially when I'm trying to follow the game in progress. Any suggestions?

Dodger Family
I would like to thank everyone in the Hornell community for their time and effort put in to this Dodger Team. When my son Bryce said he was going to Hornell, NY to play summer ball, I was saying "What, that's too far away and you won't like it there." but I was totally wrong. My family and I decided to take a vacation and traveled up to Hornell to see for ourselves, in late June. I was blown away by the friendly people, the family atmosphere, and the scenic beauty of Hornell and the Finger Lakes area. Everyone we met was so hospitable and enjoyable. It was not what I expected. The Dodger staff and local fans made us feel right at home and even though we talked funny, they didn't seem to hold that against us. To take a player, a total stranger, house and provide for them, and treat them as one of their own family members, goes beyond being "Good People".  Thank you for the great vacation and the memories. Hornell and the Dodgers will always be part of our family now. I hope that our paths may somehow cross again. Special thanks to all of the Host Families, God bless your families. Thanks to the Evening Tribune, Hornell Dodgers, Teamline, and NYCBL websites for keepin us informed of what was happening with our son. All of them did a great job. I never thought we would sit by a computer as a family and listen to a radio broadcast.  Thanks to all of the local sponsors of the Dodgers, you helping keep a kid's dream alive. Thanks Paul for all the work that goes into "Getting it Done".  Once again, to the city of Hornell and the Dodger Orginization,  Thank You!

A Word from JimOyer V.P.
To All our Dodger Friends,

Well the 2011 season is over and I feel the Hornell Dodger players had another successful year. We did struggle to win a few games but over all it was very enjoyable to watch. I once again took in two players who we enjoyed very much( Omar and Jeremy). They really worked with my son(who is 5 and loves baseball) and actually interacted with my 1 year old daughter Dealynne.. I would like to THANK all of the board members for their hard work to make this season a great success and the many FANS that came out to the field to watch some great baseball.
I hope that everyone involved with this organization has gotten out as much as they have put into it ...Look to see everyone next year in 2012 !!!

Enclosing:  I would ask that if you have a problem with a player, coach or a board member that you bring your issues up to GM or a board member.  I do not think attacking them on this site is the correct thing to do.Everyone in this organization (From the coaches to the concession stand workers) work very hard and YES at times thing get said that should not but it happens. I do not think attacking them openly is the correct way to handle the problem...I can always be reached for comments at 607-382-8172 and I would love to hear your input..

Once again THANKS to all :

Jim Oyer  V.P.
